Hi,

you may have noticed that I changed my username (again). Since I was using my real name, I felt compelled to change it, because I got married on Saturday and now wear a new name.

Me and my family are doing well, the little one is starting to crawl and already can pull herself up on her knees. I'm so proud.

Time for drawing has been even more scarce because of wedding preperations. Now, after I get all the administrative stuff done that comes with marrying someone and changing one's name I hope I'll find more time to draw again. I HAVE been drawing, but mostly for my patrons
I still haven't figured out a good mix between what to post for everyone and what to post for patrons... that's really hard to decide when you don't have much time to draw. So I've been posting most stuff for patrons only lately. Sorry.

I have been asked if BTOM pages will be posted only for patrons - that's not true. Patrons get to see works in progress and get to see the finished pages ONE WEEK BEFORE everybody else, but updates will still be posted for everyone on sj and here, so don't worry. Patrons get to see sketches and wips for BTOM and other stuff that I don't post anywhere else, though.

Hehey, how are you doing?

I'm fine, a bit shaky (literally) because of youknowwhat, but it's OK. I can manage.
The weather here feels like autumn, not summer...   but since the heat makes my symptoms worse, I don't mind. ^^

Hello!

Not much going on on my end that's different than before, but I thought I'd write a few sentences.

While the side effects of my last MS attack have almost completely vanished again (some may have noticed a post here and there, so my hands are fine again), I already (after only 1 1/2 months! which is really fucking short...) am suffering from the next one... nothing too serious or disabling this time though, fortunately. Just a bit of wobbly legs.
We'll decide on a treatment in 3 weeks after I got a new MRI, that's in two weeks. ~Le sigh~ My doctor wants to give me something strong, as we say in Germany, he wants to use "the Holzhammer method", meaning he wants to hit hard to stop the rapid acceleration.

I'm working on a full color illustration for BTOM but am taking a break right now. Also pages, haha... am working on it, on and off. At least I am drawing more than in the last months. I wanted to stock up an sketches and wips a bit, because I thought about setting up a Patreon but read about a lot of artists being ripped off by patrons who pledge seemingly high, then grab your stuff and jump back out leaving you with no pledge at all... how can people do that. honestly, I don't understand the criminal energy some people have.... it's just sad.
I'm still thinking about it.

Hi there, friends.
I've been inactive for a long time so I thought i'd give you an update.

First, my baby is doing fine, she's just a bit over 4 months old now and she's the sweetest thing in my life right now. I love her so much.
taking care of her has reduced the time I've used to draw in the last two months to almost 0%, but I can't feel bad about that because she is so much more important.
Second, I've had another episode with my multiple sclerosis, which turned almost my whole body numb and tingling - no motoric problems, though, thank god. i got cortison treatment and now it's much better, but my torso and hands are still affected, which means atm I can't draw to my satisfaction. Hello pen pressure, it's nice that you exist, but I can't control you right now.  Writing and drawing with pens is also weird and jerky. i hope it's going to get better. being stuck with numb fingers forever would really really suck. I mean I could practice and probably learn how to draw decently again, but... I hope it goes away.

So that's it right now. Other than that there's not much going on. I'd love to finish the latest BTOM page, but I got frustrated when I last tried because of the hands. i'll try and sketch when I have time to get the hands practicing.

- All commissions are DIGITAL, as it's my preferred way of drawing, so there will be NO SHIPPING. Commissions will be made available to you in 300 DPI quality and only posted on dA or anywhere else if you allow it.
